We're all affected. We all have our little coping mechanisms (some more healthy than others). Not nearly as much as I should but more and more I'm learning the greatest coping mechanism out there is always available, unlimited, and free of charge - prayer. The Holy Spirit fills me like a deep breath and reassures me that God's shoulders are wide enough. He's got this. He's got me, my daughter, my friend, my other friend's son, my client, my family member, the whole world in his hands. It will be all right.ย
