This morning, I'm excited thinking about God's power living inside me that can take down giant enemies!
I was re-reading the story of David & Goliath yesterday and what struck me this time was that David's courage came from past experience of God's protection.
Many, many times I've caught myself stressing over a situation and had to remind myself of all the scrapes God has carried me through.
Even if I got banged up, I saw daylight on the other side.
Yet ugly fear raises its head every time another upsetting situation rolls in.
Every time I see a giant enemy, I see "THE GIANT!!!" (In my head, I said those words in a very loud, booming voice)
David, though, when faced with a real giant adversary, saw only success.
He saw God's shield and felt His power within.
𝙊𝙝, 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙡!
This morning, Son-Beams, I'm praying that we all face our today's giants with the same cool suave that David faced Goliath.
Remember, your God's bigger, and never bring a giant to a God-fight!
May God bless you with his power today & may He send all your giant enemies fleeing!
